At 100% Follow, noise rises and falls with the input level and stops when the input ends, with a tiny fade to avoid clicks. At 0%, noise runs continuously.
Resample the noise ±24 semitones, set width from mono to 200%, and narrow its frequency range with low and high cuts.

Load BAG as an effect on the sound you want to texture. Choose a noise type and raise Amount to set its level. Set Follow to 100% for tight volume tracking and silence between sounds, or 0% for continuous noise. At partial Follow, Attack and Release shape the looser envelope.
Full Follow now tracks input volume proportionally and closes completely about 1.25 milliseconds after the input stops. Even a long Release setting will not leave a noise tail at 100% Follow. Amount still sets the relative noise level.
No. BAG adds noise over the original input. Amount at zero passes the original sound.
Broadband noise has no single musical note. Pitch resamples its spectral texture from −24 to +24 semitones; it is not a note-tracking oscillator.
The visual follows Amount. At zero it is empty; at maximum it is full yellow. Follow still controls whether noise is audible when the input is silent.
